Biography:

David L. Templer was born and raised in the Northeast Dade County area of Florida where his law practice is based. He handles all areas of practice in which the firm represents clients involving bodily injury and business related matters.

Mr. Templer is an honors graduate of the University of South Florida College of Business Administration. His law studies were at the University of Florida, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987. He was licensed to practice law in Florida in 1988. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida counties and Circuit Courts, Florida District Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Templer served as Commissioner in the City of North Miami Beach in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is a founding member of a professional practice group of associated lawyers throughout the State of Florida practicing in the field of Serious Bodily Injury and Wrongful Death, is a member of the Miami-Dade County Justice Association, an E.A.G.L.E. member of the Florida Justice Association and a member of the American Association of Justice.

Mr. Templer is the proud father of two school-aged children.
