Biography:

Mark Hirsch is a native of the Northeast Dade County area of Florida where his law practice is located. The mainstay of Mr. Hirsch's practice has been bodily injury and wrongful death cases. He attended USC at Los Angeles and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Florida State University in 1985. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987.

Mr. Hirsch is licensed to practice in Florida and has been admitted to all County and Circuit Courts and District Courts of Appeal in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His practice focus is in workers compensation, claims litigation, first party insurance claims and longshoreman injuries. He has also been a principal in various start-up companies over the years. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association.

Mark is married and currently lives and raises his children in the area where his practice is based.
